  • I specialize in email design only — I don’t offer email development. For most projects, you’ll receive sliced, upload-ready files that are optimized for your ESP (like Klaviyo).

    For services like automation design or template creation, I provide editable working files and upload them to your preferred design platform (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) so your team can make future updates as needed.

  • I require final copy and a clear brief at least 1 week before the email’s scheduled send date. This ensures I have enough time to deliver high-quality work and make any necessary revisions.

    If you’re working on a shorter timeline, I may be able to accommodate a quicker turnaround depending on availability — a rush fee will apply in those cases.

  • To get started, I’ll need the general copy for the email, a short description of the desired modules and access to your image library (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.). You can either provide specific images or give me general direction for image selection.

    I always encourage sending over example emails that you like for inspiration — it really helps me understand your style and goals.

    If you’re unsure about what to include, I’m happy to help where I can — and I can also send over an email brief template to guide you through the process!

  • We’ll primarily stay in touch via email for updates, feedback, and deliverables. If you already use tools like Notion, Slack, or Google Docs, I’m happy to work within those platforms to keep everything organized and transparent. My goal is to make collaboration smooth and easy for you!

  • While I specialize in design, I’m happy to offer guidance and collaborate with your copy team, but I don’t provide full copywriting services.

  • Pricing varies by project scope; I offer hourly rates, retainer packages, and custom quotes. I’m happy to provide a detailed proposal once we discuss your needs.

Design-only services - I do not build or code emails. All projects require finalized content and briefs.

Unused emails do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise agreed.

Additional emails outside of your selected package are available at a flat rate of $200 per email.
