Launching a UK Haircare Brand into the U.S. Market
I designed this email series for Burgeon Botanicals’ Welcome, Post-Purchase, and Abandoned Cart automated flows as part of their entry into the U.S. market. They needed a refreshed email presence tailored to a new audience—confident, educational, and visually elevated. I created a cohesive visual system across all flows that combined clean layouts, bold messaging, and modular design to support storytelling and drive conversion throughout the customer journey.
